Vegetable Shish

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cougettes
  • 1 Bell Peper
  • Mushrooms
  • Any other veg to taste
  • 10ml Soy Sauce
  • 10ml of Seasame Oil
  • Tiny touch of Cornflour to thinken the above 2 ingredients to pop on after building
  • Coriander

Directions

  • Chop everything into similar size pieces so everyting cooks eveningly
  • Pop onto the skewers
  • Brush the seasoning onto the skewers
  • Coriander to serve
