Turkey Meatballs and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400g of Turkey Mince of choice
  • 2 Tins of Tomatoes
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Olives if preferred, use Olives instead of salt. If no olives then add salt.
  • Italian Herb Mix, Oregano, Basil
  • 2 Tablespoons of stuffing mix, secret ingredient

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Pop the Turkey Mince, half the onion chopped finely, Olives and herbs into a bowl and mix and pop onto a pan for popping in the oven.
  • 0 Minutes pop the meatballs and vegetables in different pans into the oven.
  • 15 minutes, turn the meatballs and vegetables, add tomatoes to the vegetables
  • 20 minutes, Bring a pan of pasta to the boil and cook according to the instructions. I normally bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 30 minutes stir the vegetables and check the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Pull it all together :-)
