Tufu Sweet Sour Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Cube of Tofu
  • One Onion
  • One bell pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire
  • Noodles according to packet :-(

Directions

  • This one suprised me, you need a heavy book and press the tofu to get the water out for half hour using kitchen towel too.
  • After most of the water is extracted then pop into the oven at 180 with seasame oil for 20 minutes, turn and then another 10 mintes.
  • Now add the pepper and onion to the pan, gently fry for 10 minutes.
  • Add all the other ingredients and some water if it is too thick.
  • Check the noodle recipe but by now you will have some lovely chewy tufu, this one really suprised us…
