This one suprised me, you need a heavy book and press the tofu to get the water out for half hour using kitchen towel too.After most of the water is extracted then pop into the oven at 180 with seasame oil for 20 minutes, turn and then another 10 mintes.Now add the pepper and onion to the pan, gently fry for 10 minutes.Add all the other ingredients and some water if it is too thick.Check the noodle recipe but by now you will have some lovely chewy tufu, this one really suprised us…
