Preheat Pan, fry the mushrooms and when cooked nicely browned edges then throw in the mix

Using a fish server when setting use it to go round the edge of the Pancake

When nicely browned shuffle the pan to check it is free then go time, flip that pancake

As soon as it lands shuffle the pan on the heat to keep it from sticking

Feel free to get cocky and flip to see if browned nicely.
