Bag of Carrots500ml Stock1 OnionNob of ButterGround CuminTablespoon of Curry Powder4 Garlic ClovesSalt & Pepper to TasteNigella Seeds to dress, optional

Gently fry the onion until soft, about 10 minutesUse a Jam Pan or something big enough, add garlic and cumin, fry for another 5 minutesAdd Curry Powder and cook for 2 minutesAdd stock and boil for 20 minutesUse a Stick blender and blendCook for another 10 minutes and add water to get the desired consistency
