Keema and Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 400g of Turkey mince or beef, Turkey is better and you will notice :-)
  • 1 Bowl of peas
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Thumb Piece of Ginger
  • Freshly ground Cumin, 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly corriander seed , 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Fry the onion first on low heat for 5 minutes
  • Add the Mince and fry for another 8 minutes
  • add the bell pepper & ginger for another 5 minutes
  • now add the garlic and all the other spices and simmer for 20 minites, the longer the better but 20 minutes is fine, add the peas 5 minutes before serving.
