400g of Turkey mince or beef, Turkey is better and you will notice :-)1 Bowl of peas1 Onion1 Bell Pepper4 Garlic ClovesThumb Piece of GingerFreshly ground Cumin, 1 teaspoonFreshly corriander seed , 1 teaspoon1 teaspoon of Garam MasalaSalt and Pepper to taste

Fry the onion first on low heat for 5 minutesAdd the Mince and fry for another 8 minutesadd the bell pepper & ginger for another 5 minutesnow add the garlic and all the other spices and simmer for 20 minites, the longer the better but 20 minutes is fine, add the peas 5 minutes before serving.
