Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients

  • Half a Halloumi block
  • Beetroot or wrap of choice, try different ones, I like Spinach
  • Half a bell pepper
  • Chopped Cucumber
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  • On a low heat gently fry the Halloumi either side for 5 minutes
  • Bring the rest of the ingredients together on the wrap.
  • Pop the Halloumi on with ground black pepper…. Job done :-)
