Half a Halloumi blockBeetroot or wrap of choice, try different ones, I like SpinachHalf a bell pepperChopped CucumberMayonnaise to taste2 teaspoons black pepper

On a low heat gently fry the Halloumi either side for 5 minutesBring the rest of the ingredients together on the wrap.Pop the Halloumi on with ground black pepper…. Job done :-)
