Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Quarter of a red onion really finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  • This is chunky guacamole and it is all the better for it, I have blended like shop bought but this always ended up not being as nice so go chunky and go manual. All you need is a knife and fork.
  • Take the stones and remove the avocado from their skin
  • Chop then finely and throw in a bown, chop the tomatoes too and using the fork break up until nicely mixed
  • Add in the lime juice and keep mixing with the fork and mash it all together.
  • You can add some salt and pepper to taste but also now add 2 tablespoon of chopped corriander and mix in
  • Now change to a serving bown and dress with the remaining corriander.
  • Careful with the chilli mind, so might be best to serve this on the side for the heat freaks in the family :-)
