Chicken in the Bag

Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 Large Chicken Breasts
  • Cook in the Bag bag, I get mine from Amazon but you can use tin foil or grease proof paper instead
  • 1 tablespoon of Thyme & Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Half a Cauliflower
  • Half a Broccoli
  • See my Ratatouille recipe if you want to do that also but this is fine with just the vegetables.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Pop the Cauliflower in the oven first, it will take the full hour.
  • Add the Rosemary & Thyme to the chicken in the bag with salt and pepper to taste.
  • At 30 minues pop in the Chicken in the oven, turn the pan so the other side of the cauliflower is exposed to the fan in the oven so it is browned evenly.
  • 10 minutes later pop in the Chicken so this will be 30 minutes into cooking time.
  • The Broccoli takes 20 minutes so pop that in 10 minutes later.
  • On the hour serve…. :-)
