Chapati Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Chapati, freshly made or store bought
  • Butter & Garlic to taste
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Use a pizza tray for this one with holes in the bottom so the heat gets to the the top and the bottom of the chapati
  • Cover the chapati with the butter and garlic mix, you can add herbs of choice at this stage or even grated cheese
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the oven
  • Once done use a pizza cutter, the chips should be able to dip into any dips and eaten how you chooese, example sides with Olives and Halloumi
