Setup the Egg for indirect cooking using the convEGGtorPreheat EGG BBQ to 150˚C.Season the chicken with your favourite rubPut butter under the skin and Rosemary if usingPlace the onto the Beer and a stand if using but the beer should be fineSmoke at this temperature until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75c, the BBQ bluetooth thermometer will let you know when it is done so just keep an eye on the temperature of the EGG.
