Turkey Shish and Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

  • 400g Turkey Mince
  • 1 Egg to bind
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Corriander
  • 1 Tablespoon of stuffing mix, secret binding ingredient :-)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Shish Sticks

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
  • Cook the shish 10 minutes then turn
  • Cook for another 10 minutes
  • Pop in the curry recipe or make it a sub component of this recipe TBC.
