2 English Muffins

50g of Cheese / Optional

2 Eggs

2 Chilpolata Sausages

Butter

We will cook the sausages first and grill the muffins but the poached egg is the star depending on the Mc you love the best :-)

Cook the sauages first

To poach the eggs I use the plastic cups but poach at least for 5 minutes as you do not want yoke with this one.

When you start to poach the eggs start grilling the muffins with butter. When they are toasted take the tops away from the heat and melt only the cheese on the bottoms.
